Eight primary categories: Car Competitor, Bike Competitor, Car Enthusiast, Bike Enthusiast, Enthusiast Plus, Race Official, Local Hero (frontline workers and first responders) and Pit Crew (Reciprocal Rights Members) — plus special categories for Life, Honorary and Foundation Members recognising long service to the club.
Competitor Membership is built for licensed racers — Members who hold a current racing licence and compete at events. It stacks racing privileges on top of the Enthusiast benefits: race entry and Private Practice discounts, ARDC Club Champion eligibility, a Guest Pass for most SMSP events* and full voting rights in the club.
Enthusiast is the entry tier — trackside access, discounts and the club community for fans and spectators. Enthusiast Plus is the complete experience for active participants, adding Speed Event Licence eligibility, priority track day bookings, Member lounge access at SMSP, 15% off track experiences and two guest passes.
Concession pricing applies to holders of a valid Government concession — including Aged and Disability Pensions and eligible full-time students — verified when you apply. The full eligibility list lives in the Membership Terms & Conditions.
