How the club is governed

Accountable to 3,850 members. By design.

The ARDC is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee — a structure with one job: making sure the club can only ever serve its members and its sport, never shareholders.

No dividends can be paid. Every dollar earned at Sydney Motorsport Park goes back into the circuit, the club and the sport. A member-elected Board of eight sets the direction; independent auditors examine the accounts every year; and the results are published here — in full — for every member, partner and regulator to read.

Stewardship

The club holds Sydney Motorsport Park in trust for the next generation of racers. Long-term custody beats short-term wins — every decision is measured against the next 75 years.

Transparency

Audited accounts, published reports, an open constitution. If it matters to members, it's on this page — current documents clearly marked, and the archive kept honest.

On the record 14 documents, always current

Accountability

Directors answer to the members who elect them — at the AGM, in the annual report, and on the record. Independent audit keeps the numbers beyond argument.

The founding document

The ARDC Constitution.
