Not every partnership starts with a media budget. The Partner Benefits program trades real value with the ARDC member base — the way Accor Stadium exchanges reciprocal entry with the club. The process is simple: you provide a meaningful member offer, the ARDC packages it by category, claim method and expiry, promotes it through the website, member communications and event touchpoints, then reviews usage and renewal together.

Frequently asked.

Six pathways: event sponsorship and naming rights, trackside and digital advertising, technology and platform partnerships, hospitality and corporate experiences, innovation and education partnerships through AMIP, and reciprocal member-offer partnerships. Most partners combine two or three — the commercial team scopes the mix to your objectives.

There's no public rate card, deliberately — every partnership is priced on the assets, term and exclusivity in scope. Entry points range from a member-offer value exchange with no cash component to multi-year naming rights and platform investments. Bring a budget shape and the team will show you what it buys.

Yes — category exclusivity is a standard component of event sponsorships and platform partnerships, protected in the agreement. One partner per industry per property is the working rule.

The Australian Racing Drivers' Club — the not-for-profit club, founded 1952, that operates Sydney Motorsport Park on behalf of the NSW Government. You contract with the club; your brand lives at the venue. Every surplus dollar is reinvested into the facility and grassroots motorsport.

Send the enquiry form with your objectives and rough budget shape, or call +61 2 9672 1000. The commercial desk replies within one business day, usually proposing a venue walk — the platform sells itself better in person.

As long as they should. Single-event sponsorships run a weekend; advertising typically books by season; platform partnerships are written in years — PMY Group committed to ten. Renewal reviews happen annually against usage and results.

Early. Major-event naming rights and season hospitality are scoped months before the calendar locks, and the best screen inventory books around the majors. A first conversation two quarters out keeps every option open.

The LED estate: a 45 m² welcome screen at the gate, four 12 m² double-sided cantilever boards around the circuit and 144 m of pit-straight LED, operated with PMY Group — plus physical signage positions quoted case by case. It runs across 600+ event days a year, day and night.

Yes — single-event packages are common: screens, signage, hospitality and activation space wrapped around one race weekend. It's also the most popular way to trial the platform before a season commitment.

Content capture and campaign amplification are core partnership components — the venue hosts brand shoots, launches and productions across 92 hectares, with a media centre on site. Standalone filming runs through venue hire; partners fold it into their program.

Four steps: you provide a meaningful member offer — an experience, discount or access benefit; the ARDC packages it clearly by category, claim method and expiry; the offer is promoted through the website, member communications and event touchpoints; and the commercial team reviews enquiries, usage signals and renewal potential with you.

Club-to-club value exchange — the way ARDC members receive a complimentary Members' Reserve entry option at Accor Stadium, and approved partner clubs' members can access ARDC benefits in return. It's cross-promotion, member offers, content support and value exchange rather than a cash sponsorship.
