Inspired by Silverstone's innovation park and backed by the NSW Government, AMIP puts engineering, education and enterprise on the same street as the racing line — a high-performance cluster where a prototype rolls from the workshop to a Grade 2 circuit in under two minutes.

Seven pillars drive the precinct: race and team development, precision engineering, mobility studies, education and skills, sustainability — including solar, electric and hydrogen — motorsport safety, and allied industry growth. Stage One opened in 2023 and took out the Boomtown! Outstanding Innovation Project Award in its first year.
Race Academy · Est. 2024
The ARDC Race Academy runs from the precinct with resident partners AGI Sport and Focus Driver Performance. Its Formula Pathway program bridges karting to Formula 4 — seat fitting in the AMIP workshop, cognitive and fitness testing next door, then a half-day F4 test on the circuit outside.

Trackside Glass · Ground Floor
The room the precinct is known for: floor-to-ceiling double glazing on the main straight, a 217″ LED wall, two 86″ wall-mounted displays, inbuilt audio with a roving microphone, and a full-height folding glass door that lets a race car drive into your product launch. Reception desk, kitchenette and phone-charging station included.
Level 1 · Divides In Two
Upstairs, quieter, sharper: a ten-seat board table with integrated Crestron video conferencing, two 86″ displays, two kitchenettes and double glazing that keeps the racing as a view, not a noise. An operable wall splits the floor in two, and the balcony hangs over the main straight for the coffee break.
Working Floor · High Clearance
Most workshops make do with warehouse units. These were drawn for the job: high-clearance roller doors for transporters, three-phase supply for lifts and CNC, hardstand aprons for overflow — and when a build needs proving, the circuit is on the other side of the roller door. Every unit is currently occupied; expressions of interest queue for the next vacancy.
Level 1 · Open Plan Or Private
An address that tells clients exactly who you are. Suites from 50 m² sit a staircase above the workshops and a balcony from the circuit — resident performance centres, race teams and technology labs already call Level 1 home. Suites are fully occupied; the EOI register decides who's next.
The Vision · Up The Main Straight
The long-term vision runs a series of facilities up the main straight — and the shared technology floor is its next chapter: co-working for motorsport startups, student engineering programs and visiting R&D teams, within the same HPTM cluster as the professionals. Early expressions of interest shape what gets built.

Stage One is fully tenanted, so leasing runs on an expressions-of-interest register. Submit the enquiry form with your operation's shape — floor area, power, timing — and the precinct team contacts you when a vacancy or the next stage opens. Leases run from 12 months; pricing is on application.

The rates on this page are indicative, from the AMIP rate card, all +GST: the Jack Myers Room from $1,500 a day or $750 a night, the Boardroom from $1,000 and $500, with combined day-night rates available. Your enquiry selections come to the events desk, which confirms availability and a final quotation.
No — catering is exclusively in-house through GEMA Catering, from tea and coffee stations to plated dinners, priced on quotation. Both rooms include kitchenettes for service; external catering isn't permitted anywhere in the precinct.
Yes — it's the room's party trick. The Jack Myers Room's full-height folding glass door takes a car straight onto the polished concrete floor. Bollards and rope are on the extras list; the events desk coordinates load-in during your bump window.
Inside Sydney Motorsport Park at Eastern Creek — enter via Gate C on Peter Brock Drive, with on-site parking at the door. That's roughly 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD and half an hour from the new Western Sydney International Airport.
