One of Australia's most extraordinary event venues — 90 hectares of live motorsport
theatre, from intimate client dinners to large-scale corporate activations, with a
backdrop no hotel ballroom can match.
Every space at Sydney Motorsport Park offers something no
conventional venue can — the sight, sound and energy of a live motorsport facility. Open a
dossier below, or talk to the events desk and we'll
find the right fit.

Level one of the main pit building is the venue's premium
hosting floor — ten corporate suites with balcony views over pit lane, the
start line and Turn 1, joined by the Hinxman function room for up to 300
guests. Take one suite, a wing, or the whole floor, with a commercial kitchen
behind it and the roof deck above.

Beneath the suites, up to 49 double garages open
straight onto a Grand Prix pit lane — a working paddock for race meetings and an
unforgettable staging ground for launches. Roll a product through the garage door
and onto pit lane, brief the team on the dummy grid, or turn each bay into an
exhibition booth with power and access at every door.

The venue's biggest canvas: an open working paddock with
carports, the Paddock Grove festival zone — permanent café, shelter and
seating — and hardstand for everything from festival stages to test fleets.
Concerts here have run 90,000 strong; on quieter days it stages family
festivals, brand villages and drive-day basecamps.

Amaroo South is a complete venue in miniature — its
own 1.8 km circuit, three quad-garages, a corporate suite with kitchen and
circuit views, race control with a second-floor balcony, café and 30-vehicle dummy
grid. Book it whole for a private launch and your brand owns an entire motorsport
precinct — while the main circuit runs independently next door.

The Hub is a conference room where the coffee break watches
braking at 200 km/h: 80 seats behind floor-to-ceiling double glazing
over the main straight, a 217″ LED display wall, twin 86″
screens and inbuilt audio, with an industrial-chic fit-out in acoustic calm.
Upstairs, the ten-seat Boardroom divides in two, runs Crestron video conferencing
and opens onto a track-view balcony.

Amaroo (1.8 km) circuits — two can run at once — plus the 9,000 m²
floodable skidpan, the figure-eight skid circuit and the 4WD course. Corporate
drive days, ride-alongs, fleet testing and filming, under permanent LED

SMSP Venue Hire Guide
Every space at a glance — suite capacities, paddock
layouts, the Innovation Precinct, circuit hire and event services, with the numbers your
procurement team will ask for.
Board meetings that end with hot laps. Conferences where the
keynote shares a wall with pit lane. Awards nights above the start line. Eight formats —
meetings, team building, client entertainment, staff functions, awards, conferences,
launches and milestones — each with a space that beats the usual alternatives before a
word is spoken.
Host clients when the venue is at full volume: race-day
corporate boxes, grandstand group packages, pit-lane experiences and VIP paddock access —
with Muscle Car Masters hospitality the flagship weekend. Your guests don't watch the
event; they're inside it.
Vehicle reveals with a circuit to prove the claim.
Non-automotive launches that borrow the venue's adrenaline. Press events, photo and video
shoots, and long-form campaign production — with circuit availability, production
infrastructure and 144 metres of LED to put your name at speed.
Some hosts want a room; some want a story. Milestone
birthdays over pit lane, charity galas with hot laps between courses, wedding receptions
where golden hour falls across a Grand Prix circuit. Private functions, dining and
networking — planned with you personally, not a procurement pack.
Fifty hectares of controlled location: automotive TVCs,
stunt driving, documentary and broadcast, editorial photography, EV and technology test
content. Closed circuits with repeatable conditions, a media centre, drone assessment on
request and crew logistics handled by people who run race weekends.

Catering, AV, branding and track time in one brief
Every event here is configured, not picked off a rate card — so
quotes are shaped to headcount, spaces and format. Send the enquiry form with what
you know and the events desk replies with options and a straight quote, usually
within one business day.
The venue hosts 300+ events a year around a live race calendar, so
peak weekends move fast. Conferences and dinners usually settle two to three months
out; launches, festivals and filming with circuit time deserve more runway. A quick
enquiry locks a hold while you plan.
Please do — the venue sells itself better in person. Site visits run
on weekdays with your coordinator: the suites, the Hub, pit lane and whichever
paddock suits your plan. Choose "Book a site visit" on the enquiry form and bring
the decision-makers.
From a ten-seat boardroom to a festival: single suites host 50, the
combined suite floor and Hinxman Room reach 300, The Garage seats 120 for dinner,
and the outdoor precinct scales to 50,000 — with concerts having run 90,000 strong.
Multi-zone events mix spaces freely inside the one gated venue.
Only if you want it. With four circuits and two able to run at once,
your function can sit beside live motorsport for atmosphere — or in a quiet corner
of the precinct with the track silent. The Hub's double glazing keeps conference
audio crisp either way.
Every outdoor format has an indoor understudy: suites and the
Hinxman Room above pit lane, 49 garages that convert to covered exhibition space,
and the Hub's conference floor. Your coordinator builds the contingency into the
run sheet from day one.
Catering runs through partner GEMA Group — from sausage sizzles to
black-tie dinners, with the commercial kitchen on the suite level. Dietary
requirements are standard practice, and themed or cultural menus are a
conversation, not a problem. External catering is by arrangement for specialised
formats.
The Hub carries a 217-inch LED wall, twin 86-inch displays, inbuilt
audio and Crestron video conferencing. Trackside, PMY's LED network — 144 metres of
pit-straight screens included — can carry your creative. For staging beyond that,
our production partners quote within your event brief.
Yes — that's the point. Hot laps with professional drivers, guided
drive days in your fleet or ours, skidpan sessions for mixed-ability groups, and
ride-alongs during functions. Licensing and safety briefings are handled by the
venue; your guests just bring nerve.
Commercial shoots are routed through the media team — circuit
closures, repeatable conditions and the media centre included. Drones are assessed
case-by-case under CASA rules, and accreditation runs about a week ahead. Put
"Film & Media" on the enquiry and production specs come back with the quote.
Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek — 40 minutes from the CBD by the M4, 30
from Western Sydney International. Free on-site parking takes hundreds of vehicles,
coaches drop at the gate, and one entry point makes arrivals easy to manage and
easy to brand.
Lift access reaches the suite level, accessible parking sits close
to each building, and flat hardstand connects the paddock spaces. Tell your
coordinator about specific needs — mobility, hearing loops, quiet rooms — and the
run sheet is built around them.
